The Rustico collection was inspired by old Tuscan furniture and incorporates modern lines and harkens to a time gone by when sturdy oak furniture was hand-hewn and lasted a lifetime. This collection showcased the new brushed finish technique, which was inspired by the natural drift process resulting from years of use. The brushed finishing process, called ‘decape’, opens the pores of the oak allowing us to deposit a white patina in its grooves, imparting a mild ‘weathered’ look. This unisex collection is highlighted by an open mortise and tenon detail.

The brushed, high resistance finishes showcases oak’s stunning grain. The drawer boxes are finished with clear coat varnish. With French dovetail and 6-inch deep drawers provide increased strength. Some great features that the Rustico Double Dresser has is that its drawers are slow-motion, self-closing, anti-pinch drawer glides with safety locks and lifetime warranty. The recessed and encased back panels reinforces the unit’s structure.

This 100% solid oak collection has a delicate simplicity which easily meshes with both modern and traditional decor and is sure to provide many years of functionality and happiness.
